My story

[p]In August 2019, myself and my best mate Rob Seaborne, are planning a double cycle-event. The first of which is to complete the 100-mile Ride London event taking place on 4th August. This competition will act as the warm-up to the slightly larger second event. Event number 2 will take place a few weeks after (16th-18th) Ride London, and is to cycle the near 300-mile trip from London to Paris![/p][p]We are both raising money for a charity known as AGSD (Association for Glycogen Storage Disease - UK), a charity that Rob is currently a trustee. AGSD helps to support persons who have a very rare genetic metabolic disorder, in which the persons are left unable to break down glycogen - which is one of the main sources of energy for our bodies. The condition has a wide spectrum of severity, but is quite often fatal. And to date, no effective cures have been made. [/p][p]The charity is very small but are doing wonderful things to help benefit the lives of children and adults alike, something I have seen for myself first hand. Any donation you can offer, however large or small, would really help! [/p]
