Team story

[p]Hello and welcome![/p] [p]This page has been created by a group of Education Practitioners, who work for a truly wonderful organisation; IntoUniversity.[/p] [p]Now in its 11[sup]th[/sup] year as an education charity, IntoUniversity provides a national network of local learning centres in areas of disadvantage, where young people are inspired to achieve. Each of our 22 learning centres offer an innovative programme to support young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to attain either a university place or other chosen aspiration.[/p] [p]Wholeheartedly committed to transforming the fortunes of young people, we as staff of IntoUniversity work tirelessly to unveil a world of possibilities to students aged 7-18. Together we are Too Inspired to be Tired, and have decided to take on the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge on June 24[sup]th[/sup] 2017, with the aim of raising vital funds to support the running of five learning centres in the Leeds and Nottingham region.[/p] [p]Our Challenge involves tackling the peaks of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough in a 24 mile route within the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Not to mention a 5,200ft (1,585m) ascent and target completion time of under 12 hours!  [/p] [p]Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor us! As a not for profit organisation, any donations will be processed quickly and passed directly to IntoUniversity, claiming gift aid where the donor is eligible.[/p] [p]Thank you for visiting our page, we really appreciate all of your support and are hugely grateful for any donations.[/p]
