Nettleden Duathlon

[p]The race is organised by a group of friends from Aldbury and starts in the grounds of Nettleden Lodge, near Berkhamsted. Full race day instructions can be obtained by clicking [url=http://nettledenduathlon.co.uk/race-day-instructions/]here[/url].[/p][p]The Duathlon this year takes place on Saturday 7th September 2019 at 10am and begins with a 6k run, followed by a 24km cycle and then finishing with another 6k run. Both legs of the run are on the same route. You can run the race as an individual or as part of a relay team.[/p][p]Tea, coffee and cake is available in morning and there is a BBQ afterwards.[/p][p]Kids are welcome to come along and support or even take part in a fun race with different year groups from 4-14 doing loops around the grounds of Nettleden Lodge, all safety away from public roads.[/p][p]The Duathlon is run in order to raise funds for the following two very worthwhile charities;[/p][p][br][/p]
