[p]Tamara, Esther and Helen are doing this years 2Swim4Life event at Guildford Lido on 20 April... between them swimming a mile an hour for 24 hours to raise money for The Mix. [/p][p]Help us support this amazing charity and give us some extra motivation to get back in the water in the cold dark hours through the night![/p][p]And if you can... don't forget to do a little sun dance for us on the day![/p][p]Thank you[/p]
