[p]I was due to ride 46 miles on 16th August to relive my first Ride London rising money for support Children with Cancer UK. Ride London has moved to a virtual event this year, so I shall be riding through Hampshire instead of London. Instead I spent it in hospital as my appendix decided I needed a rapid weight loss. I have been working back up and have finally completed it on 20th December![/p][p]Every day 12 families in the UK receive the devastating news that their child has cancer. Through funding vital specialist research, Children with Cancer UK has done everything in its power to give these children the best chance to survive. [/p][p]With your support Children with Cancer UK can fund over 60 research projects across the UK accelerating breakthroughs to help drive up childhood cancer survival rates and find kinder, more effective treatments to reduce long-term side effects. This ground breaking research saves children's lives and would otherwise go unfunded.
