Tour de Calder Vets

[p]On Sunday the [b]24[sup]th[/sup] September[/b] a group of Calder Vet Staff will take part in "[b]Tour de Calder Vets".[/b]  [/p] [p]The gruelling cycle route will pass near all our sites across South and West Yorkshire, where riders will cover a distance ranging from 4 to approximately 50 miles depending on riders ability. [/p] [p]Route details to follow shortly - any and all support on the day will certinaely help us up those hills! [/p] [p]Our aim is to raise funds for two charities;[/p] [p][b]Hope Pastures [/b]- This amazing charity was chosen in memory of our dearly loved colleague and friend Lynsey Bacon who sadly passed unexpectedly late last year.  [/p] [p]Lynsey was passionate about horses and their welfare, so we hope to raise plenty of cash to help them continue their amazing work. [/p] [p]Our second charity is[/p] [p][b]Vetlife -  [/b][b]Again another great Charity! [/b][b]Vetlife[/b][b] [/b]provide free emotional, financial and mental health support to everyone in the veterinary community including Veterinary Nurses and Students.
