My story

[p]Hiii,[/p][p]Well this is all a bit crazy. Im extremely honoured and excited (and nervous and terrified) to say im running the London Marathon for MTV Staying Alive Foundation, a charity Im fully in love with.[/p][p]I'll update this as I go, but I'm still a bit in shock and im eager to go for a run, so I'm going to keep this short.[/p][p]Please give what you can, and support the tremendous work all the amazing work MTV Staying Alive does, and I'll see you at the finish line!!![/p][p]Love[/p][p]Charlie xxxx[/p][p]ABOUT MTV SAF:[/p][p]MTV Staying Alive Foundation is a UK-registered charity working towards a world where all young people are free from HIV/AIDS and have full control of their sexual and reproductive health. To achieve this, we provide information and services, to equip young people with the knowledge, confidence and resources to make informed choices about their sexual and reproductive health and avert HIV. Our work, which is delivered globally but predominantly in high-prevalence settings like sub-Saharan Africa, is based around two core areas of activities:[/p][p]- We develop innovative mass media content, including TV series MTV Shuga, that reaches global youth audiences with engaging and entertaining sexual and reproductive health (SRH) and HIV information.[/p][p]- We provide training, resources and support to youth-led initiatives, which provide HIV services to young, high-risk populations.[/p]
