[p]VIRTUAL MARATHON DAY. [/p][p]Well I did it! Couldn’t have had worse weather, almost gale force winds which made it very hard to walk let alone run & rain the whole time! [/p][p]I ran some of the Wales coast path and enjoyed a mixed terrain of mud, water, beaches and fields, not to mention lots of inclines. Listening to the waves was much nicer than cars although conditions made it much slower and difficult. Thanks so much for all the lovely comments and donations. You make it all worth it! [/p][p][br][/p][p][br][/p][p]MARATHON EVE 3/10/20[/p][p]Well it’s been pouring with rain & hideous forecast for tomorrow, I’ve chosen a trail running route which will be slower but hopefully more scenic!
