Black tie themed charity night

[p]Mental health. Where do we go? Who do we turn to? How can we spot the signs that we or someone close to us is struggling? These seem to be the questions that i find my self asking lately. Why is mental health such a taboo subject? We all come face to face with it at some point in our lives whether it be our own battle or a friend or family going through the struggle, yet we don't know how to deal with it, we don't know how to get the support, the knowledge or the understanding of whats going on in ours or or loved ones minds. Having battle with another person is one thing, but its another to have a battle with yourself and your own mind, and to try and decipher rational and irrational thoughts. With our charity night we will answer all these questions, we will give out all the information, and we ill show a united front so people going through the struggle know, there are people out there who care, and it does get better. It's okay to ot be okay. Speak up, talk it out and let people help you. We need your support and hope to see you at the charity night event![/p]
