My story

[p]OK so I did run an 'almost marathon' once before - 40 years ago, aged 18. With three weeks training. I guess I will need a slightly different training strategy this time. [/p][p]The London Marathon is a double challenge for me: [/p][p]1[gt] to raise money for a critically important cause[/p][p]2[gt] to force me to get out there and exercise[/p][p]Update report No1: www.dynastybio.com/i-can-run-a-marathon Share my pain! [/p][p]Dementia and Alzheimer's Disease is a key theme for my investment work because it is a critical issue for society today. We need early diagnostics for AD, treatments and healthcare support and you may well need it yourself, later in life. The massive effort that Dementia Revolution is putting in to fundraising will actually make a difference and I want to play my part. I really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations.[/p][p]Meanwhile my wife tells me that it a takes a 'The' to motivate me to do exercise. The London Marathon, for example. Of course I know that keeping fit is good for me. But it takes time, involves pain, restricts my eating and drinking and, well, I can usually only keep exercising for exercise sake for about ... 6 weeks. So I do indeed need a 'The' to motivate me and The London Marathon is it. [/p][p]Wish me luck.[/p][p]And give a little.[/p][p]Thank you![/p][p]Simon Haworth[/p][p]www.dynastybio.com www.compandx.com www.sino-ukfund.com www.windowonwuhan.com [/p][p][br][/p]
