My story

Folks, on Saturday June 9th I'm going to come out of the butler's pantry, clamber into the cycling shorts and join hundreds of other lunatics cycling 100kms through London at night !!

We set off from Ally Pally at midnight ( downhill start- hooray !) then pedal all round central London and out to Crystal Palace , back round the city and then back to Ally Pally (uphill finish- boo !) 64 miles in one night.

Obviously I'm not doing this for fun. I'm helping to raise funds to build a cricket stadium in Rwanda. Cricket is hugely popular in Rwanda and is played by boys and girls of every age - but the facilities are practically non existent. The construction of a national cricket stadium will provide a focal point for the sport and will increase the opportunities for thousands of young people in one of the world's poorest countries. To find out more about the Rwanda Cricket Stadium Foundation please visit www.rcsf.org.uk

PLEASE REMEMBER --- THE MORE YOU GIVE - THE LESS LIKELY I AM TO JUMP IN A CAB !! Thanks a million. Jim.

Hi, thanks for visiting my page. Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor me and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this. I really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations.
