My story

[p]I am challenging friends and colleagues to join me on a walk to complete the full length of Offa,s Dyke. The route is 177miles long and I will complete the walk over a period of 10 days. The walk is probably my most challenging yet, but I am in training and feel confident that I can do it.[/p][p]For those who know me, this is the latest in a series of challenges, in support of my Charity “Improving Chances”, and this year, in the 70th Year of the NHS I am also supporting the Cardiff & Vale Health Charity. [/p][p]In celebration of the NHS I am using this Challenge to promote physical activity as a healthy behaviour contributing significantly to Health and Wellbeing. I have thrown down the challenge to my colleagues throughout NHS Wales to walk with me over a leg of the journey, and for those who are up for a challenge to complete the whole distance. [/p][p]I have set my sights high in terms of raising money for these important and worthy charities. I would be grateful for any support you can give me.[/p]
