My story

[p]On Saturday the 9th May I will be taking on the the final iconic Dulux London Revolution ~ a dual-sport extravaganza, that touches the lives of thousands of people each year.[/p][p]IT WILL BE TOUGH - [23km/44km/51km], all off road, facing the Great British weather, up and down hills, sore feet, gravel, grass and grumbling joints. This will take me best part of a day to complete.[/p][p]This event is no mean feat.[/p][p]So as the date draws closer, am I having second thoughts? Have I done enough training? Should I have taken ‘dry Jan’ a bit more seriously? Will blisters get the better of me??[/p][p]You may wonder why I would put myself through the pain????[/p][p]I am passionate about raising money for my chosen charity [INSERT CHOSEN CHARITY HERE], who [INSERT A BRIEF OVERVIEW OF THE CHARITY, ANY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, WHY YOU HAVE CHOSEN THIS CHARITY, AND WHAT THE MONEY RAISED WILL HELP WITH][/p][p]I am [also] proud to be supporting Dulux’s partner charity, The Outward Bound Trust, a charity that makes a real difference to nearly 30,000 young people each year, regardless of their background, by giving them the chance to go on a journey of self-discovery through powerful, challenging outdoor adventures. This charity really does change young lives forever.[/p][p]So, if you can spare a pound, a fiver or more you could really make the difference in helping to turn a young person’s life around, [INSERT FINAL COMMENT ON YOUR CHARITY] and help me to keep the finish line in sight.[/p]
