My story

[p][b]Thank you for supporting our charity. We are organising our fourth cycle sportive to raise money for the Samaritans of Salisbury and District on Sunday May 20[sup]th[/sup] 2018 and we are once again expecting 800+ riders.our website is www.samsride.co.uk.[lt]br /[gt][/b][/p] [p][b]Last year we raised nearly £32,000, Please help us to achieve this again.[/b][/p] [p]It costs over £36,000 per year to keep our local Samaritans branch open. It is entirely manned by volunteers providing invaluable support for those in need of emotional support, especially in the area of suicide prevention.[/p] [p]The Samaritans change lives[/p] [p]Every single day, around 16 people decide to end their own life across England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales.[/p] [p]Our callers talk, we listen[/p] [p]We don’t judge or tell people what do to[/p] [p]We help people to focus their feelings and to think clearly about their options[/p] [p]We provide support for our community.[/p] [p]We know our service can help people before it's too late.[/p] [p][span=text-decoration: underline;]It's donations that keep us open [/span][/p]
