My story
[p]Last year, the (general entry) London Marathon was cancelled.[/p][p]Which means that my place, provided to me by Shelter, has been deferred to October 2021. But the story has changed.[/p][p]On January 15th, I slipped on ice while running and fractured my ankle. As I write this, I'm sitting in a cast, and will be for the next six weeks.[/p][p]Then the fun begins, as I get myself back into marathon shape.[/p][p]This is no longer guy-who-runs-lots-of-marathons marathoning.[/p][p]No.[/p][p]Now it is a long recovery story.[/p][p]Please, support me, support Shelter, and let's get back to racing this year.[/p]
