My story

[p]The Paul Lavelle Foundation has a group of 40 riders training up in preparation for the epic challenge of the Land's End to John O'Groats (LEJOG) Cycle. The dedicated team event starts on the 2nd August and finishes on the 10th August 2019.[/p][p]The adventurous cycling event takes our riders from coast to coast, one end of the country to the other riding 900 miles in just 9 days. The route starts at Land's End with days legs finishing in Okehampton, Bristol, Shrewsbury, Catterall, Carlisle, Glasgow, Glencoe, Dingwall and ending in John O'Groats.[/p][p]Money raised will go towards the Paul Lavelle Foundation who are working to provide support to male domestic violence victims. Further proceeds will go towards Claire House who we are working with to help raise awareness of their cause[/p][p][b]Claire House Representative Mark - [/b][i]"We are a local children's hospice for Merseyside, Cheshire and North Wales. Right now, more children are coming to the hospice than ever before. But we know that for every child we care for, there is another one in the local community that we do not. We desperately need support so that we can be there for every local dying child.[/i][/p][p][i]For Day 4 of the cycle challenge, we are going to set up a stop off point at the hospice in Bebington and provide refreshments"[/i][/p][p]Any donation amount is hugely appreciated as this is a large self funded event for each of our riders, and will significantly help towards the progress in developing the services provided by both the Paul Lavelle Foundation and Claire House. [/p][p]For any companies looking to sponsor our LEJOG challenge, we offer a full sponsorship of £1000 to have your company logo featured on our banners and vans for the cycle, as well as emblazoned on our rider's shirts (as below) to allow full media coverage which has been organised at every county stop. Alternatively, you can sponsor the event for £150 for your company logo to feature upon our banners and vans only.
