[p][span=font-size: 7.5pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;]Hi, thanks for visiting my page. Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor me and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this. I really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations.[/span][/p] [p][span=font-size: 7.5pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;]Since I work with in the [url=http://www.cheaplaptopcompany.co.uk/]refurbished laptops[/url] repair and sales field I tend to be very unhealthy. I can easily sit in front of my laptop for up to 10 hours a day. Inevitably I end up eating junk and the result is over the past 24 months I have put on 20KG. To end this computer aided weight gain, I have decided that I will lose 20KG though extensive computer related exercises. This will consist of bench pressing my computer monitor every hour on the hour 3 days a week. On the days that I am not bench pressing my computer monitor I will dead lift my Dell Precision Laptop (it weighs a tonne). Now I am no exercise expert, but I am pretty sure that to aid the weight loss i will have to do some kind of cardio exercise. I have decided that the best laptop related cardio exercise for this will be speed typing. I will do 5 sets of 1 minute of speed typing 7 days a week. What I type does not matter, I will just hit the keys as fast as possible using ALL my fingers. To make sure I’m out of breath, I will hold my breath while doing this.[/span][/p]
