Team story

Hi and thanks for visiting our page. A team of 20 runners from the Stragglers running club in Kingston upon Thames wil be running over 1,000 miles from John O'Groats to Land's End from Sunday 17 July to Saturday 23 July 2011 in a continuous 24 hour baton relay. We are raising funds for Macmillan Cancer Support (70%), YMCA London South West (15%) and the National Centre for Young People with Epilepsy (15%).

Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor us and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this. We really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations.

For further information on the relay and the reasons for the charities that we have chosen, please see the team's website ( http://www.stragjogle.co.uk/) which will take you through to the team blog and point you in the direction of our facebook page and Twitter account (@StragJOGLE2011) through which you can keep up to date with our progress.

Your support is very much appreciated

The Stragglers JOGLE 2011 relay team

Louise Neville, James Flood, Andrew Lane, Ian Callander, Paul Graham, Vince Howley, Peter Dry, Allan Barrie, Hilary Hilhouse, Cathy Davis, Lucille Flood, Peter Wedderburn, Nigel Rothwell, Peter Kennedy, Ingrid Wagner, David Venter, Geoff Miles, Evan Bond, Steve Sandham, Trevor Ford, Kristin Simmers & Roy Reeder
