As some of you know Phil's son, Adam, was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy in 2009. This devastating disease causes progressive muscle wasting. It shortens life expectancy and sufferers ultimately end up wheelchair bound in their early teens.[/span][/p] [lt]p style="margin: 10pt 0cm; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;"[gt][span=font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;]Muscular Dystrophy UK (http://www.musculardystrophyuk.org/) fund research into treatments and also provide grants to families for specialist equipment. We're sure you will agree its a very worthy cause and we will continue to do all we can to support them![/span][/p] [lt]p style="margin: 10pt 0cm; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;"[gt][span=font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;]They, along with Action Challenge have organised a trek of Mount Kilimanjaro, which we have stupidly agreed to take part in. It involves a 5 day trek to the summit and a 2 day trek back down again. We will be on our feet for between 8-10 hours a day, and on the day we go to the summit we get woken at midnight to make our way up to the top.[/span][/p] [lt]p style="margin: 10pt 0cm; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;"[gt][span=font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;]Please spare what you can to help us raise as much money as we can to support this fantastic charity. Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor us and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this. We really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations.[/span][/p]
