Team story

[p]Prostate Cancer is the most common cancer in men.  As we all work for charities related to women and babies, we thought we should even the score up a bit and look after the guys.[/p][p]On 15 July 2012 we completed the Great Weston Ride in approximately 5 1/2 hours including breaks. This annual event is a 56-mile challenge bike ride from Bristol to Weston-Super-Mare that follows a route through the Mendips and across the Somerset Levels.[/p][p]We're a mixed ability group of cyclists, so the bike ride was definitely not easy so please help us raise money for this important charity by giving generously.  [/p][p]We all had a great time and were particularly pleased to get into Weston-Super-Mare just before 2pm - the last few miles were particularly difficult as the wind got up nicely.[/p][p]Jen, Gaz, Mark and Kate are very grateful for any donations you can give.[/p][p]To find out more about the important work that The Prostate Cancer Charity do, see http://www.prostate-cancer.org.uk/[/p][p][/p][p][/p][hr/][p][/p][p]Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor us and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this.  [/p]
