Some of us will still be undertaking a 100km cycle around Kent that weekend, but we would love to see you get involved too! Whether it be a walk, run, swim or cycle we would love to see you moving and remembering the extraordinary Zoë whilst helping to raise money at a crucial time for the cause so close to all of our hearts.
The COVID Symptom Study Appeal
The COVID Symptom Study is a non-profit research initiative working to support the NHS, the health of the UK public and to facilitate the safe release of lockdown through science.
My intention was to complete the RideLondon Surrey 100 challenge to raise money for MacMillan Cancer Support, a charity very close to mine, my family and my friends hearts. I have decided I will still be riding 100 miles for charity on to raise money for Macmillan, the route I have chosen is the grand union canal.

Red for Ruth 2020
One of the toughest tests any family with children can face, is the news that a parent doesn’t have long to live. In the UK around 41,000 children under the age of 18 suffer the death of a parent each year; the equivalent of 112 every day.
The Rochelle and Alan Bernard Fund
Having lost our parents in unthinkable circumstances, we want to help support other young people with similar stories. 10 years have passed since our parents were run over and killed by a drunk driver in Sandbanks. Our very close family was torn apart in the space of one evening and our lives were turned completely upside down. We have set up The Rochelle & Alan Bernard Fund, which will be used to provide financial support to young people who have lost their parents.

Emergency Landslide Appeal
During August, much of Scotland was battered by severe thunderstorms. During a subsequent inspection of the Bo’ness Kinneil Railway, multiple landslips along a mile-long stretch of the railway were identified. The railway had to be closed to passenger trains. The damage to our railway line could not have come at worse time: we had planned a limited reopening in mid-September, after a lengthy closure due to the Coronavirus pandemic that has left our income at a record low. Until the embankment is repaired, we cannot operate any trains meaning that we cannot generate any income.
