New tech. New ideas. The world is changing and we’re changing with it.

  • We’ve used the latest design standards to rebuild the site experience for fundraisers and supporters, and improve performance.
  • We’ve integrated with Facebook, making it easier for fundraisers to share their story and rally their supporters.
  • We’ve improved the mobile experience, so fundraisers can create and manage their pages direct from their device.
  • We’ve rebuilt the core engine behind our website too, making it faster and more robust and reliable than ever.

“The recent changes to the system are already having a positive impact”

Stay tuned. This revolution
revolves around you.

We’re not stopping here. Following the successful changes we’ve made to the supporter experience we’re focusing on doing more for you - our charities.

We've already launched a new BETA reporting tool. It gives you easier and faster access to your data. And coming this year, is a new feature so donors can cover our platform fees. We've built it around you, to make it better than what’s already available out there. Watch this space.

We’ll never change why we do it

The only thing that won’t change is why we’re here. To help UK charities raise more, so they can do more amazing things.

We’ll always be single-minded

We only have eyes for you. We won’t stray into areas that distract us from supporting our charities.

We don’t do crowdfunding. We believe charities will be the ones to change the world. You have our full support and our full attention.

Our objective as a business has always been the same, and always will be. We want to help you raise more money. So you can do great things with it.

We’ll keep our fees simple

We’ve kept our fees as low as we can over the last 9 years, so more money can go towards helping you change the world.

We believe in charging just one simple fee. And not just for our favourites. For all charities – big, small or somewhere in the middle.

We don’t charge any monthly fees. And we don’t charge you for reclaiming Gift Aid. It just wouldn’t be right.

By keeping our fees as simple as possible and as low as possible, we ensure more of the money raised for charity, gets to charity. Isn’t that the whole point?

We’ll always be not-for-profit

This one’s a simple one. We’ve never taken a penny in profit.

We invest every penny into running Virgin Money Giving and improving our service to make it even better for you.

Whilst you can’t run a fundraising website for free, you can do it without making a profit – keeping the costs down for everyone. And anyway, it’s just the right thing to do.

Over the last 9 years, we’ve always stayed true to our values and delivered

Over £685m raised
through us

We’re here to support UK charities. No crowdfunding. Nothing will distract us from working for you.

Over £100m claimed
in Gift Aid

We pass on 100% of the Gift Aid we reclaim and don’t charging a penny for doing it.

Over £21m more to charity

One fee for all charities – big and small. No monthly fees. We’ll always invest 100% of any money we make back into making Virgin Money Giving better for you.
