Yes – you can make regular or one-off donations directly to charity using Virgin Money Giving.

Yes. We’ll send this to the email address you give when you make your donation. If you chose to 'Continue with Facebook' when you make your donation, we’ll send your email to the primary email address on your Facebook account.
If you've made a donation and can’t find your email receipt, don't forget to check your spam or junk folder - we’ll send the emails from theteam@virginmoneygiving.com.

Fundraiser questions
We transfer the donations your page receives to your chosen charity/charities once a week. This happens automatically and won’t be affected by closing the page.

If you've recently created your page, or made an amendment to the page URL, it can take up to 2 hours for link to update. Hold fire on sharing until the changes kick in.

Remember, because Virgin Money Giving is not-for-profit, the fees we charge will only ever go towards running Virgin Money Giving and making it better for our customers. Also, these fees only apply to charities – our website is completely free for fundraisers and donors to use.

Our new BETA reporting tool allows you to reconcile the payments we make to you quickly and easily, with a full breakdown of every transaction.
Sign in to use our New Reporting tool, select the Payments report and follow the online instructions.
Once you've downloaded a report, you'll just need to add up the 'amount received by charity' column.
