Give your support
Help us plant and care for trees in towns, cities, villages and woodlands near you. We will plant a mix of younger and older trees, in woodlands, orchards and hedgerows.
Be a Tree Angel this Christmas
We simply couldn’t survive without trees. They give us oxygen, store carbon, improve air quality, conserve water, preserve soil, support wildlife and are a key solution to climate change. Trees support life but they need our help to do so. We need to plant more, and take proper care of the ones we have.
Benefit the lives of your children, and your children’s children by helping us plant a tree today.
National Tree Week
23 November - 1 December 2019
The Tree Council’s National Tree Week is the UK's largest annual tree celebration, marking the start of the winter tree planting season. Since 1975, it has been bringing people together to plant hundreds of thousands of trees, supported by volunteer Tree Wardens and other hugely dedicated individuals and groups.
This year, the National Tree Champion, Sir William Worsley, has issued an urgent call to get everyone planting trees around the country to help mitigate climate change, enhance communities and create homes for wildlife.
