You can create a business fundraising hub here. It only takes a couple of minutes and your hub will be ready to use straight away.

Yes, your company can have as many fundraising hubs as you need.

Yes, the account holder can by signing into the account and clicking ‘upload photo’. You can then insert a photo saved on your device and amend the size or position using the arrows.

Yes, you can use a hyperlink to direct supporters to a video posted online, for example on YouTube.

You can easily change your details by signing into your account and clicking 'My Account'. You can then go to 'Account Settings' and click ‘Edit personal details'.

Yes, the account holder can make updates at any time by logging into the business fundraising hub.

Yes, please contact us at theteam@virginmoneygiving.com if you’d like to set up matched funding to your linked accounts.

Yes, please contact us at theteam@virginmoneygiving.com – and we’ll arrange by securely sharing data.

Fundraisers

No, only the account holder can access the hub. However, colleagues can view the main page and link their fundraising page to it.

No, you can’t donate directly, but individuals or teams can create a fundraising page for the chosen charity / charities and link it to your business hub. The total amount raised will then show under your business fundraising.

Yes, they will need to log in to their account, click ‘Link’ under the challenge and select 'Unlink business'.

Yes, please contact our team on theteam@virginmoneygiving.com who will be able to help you do this.

No, you can have an unlimited amount of people linking to your business hub.

Your account

If you’ve forgotten your password, please let us know via email at theteam@virginmoneygiving.com and we will send you a temporary one that you can then change.

To change the password on the account, sign in and click on the 'My account' icon. You can then select 'Account settings' and scroll down to the 'Security details' section.

No, when creating a page your fundraisers can search for any of the 14,000 organisations registered with us.

Get in touch by email (theteam@virginmoneygiving.com), and we’ll contact the charity to invite them to register.

We’ll make weekly payments to your chosen charities, sending over any donations received in the previous week.

No, it’s completely free to set up a business fundraising hub. Virgin Money Giving are subject to a 2% platform fee, and a 2.5% payment processing fee on donations.

There are no monthly charges for charities, or any charges on Gift Aid, and now supporters can elect to cover the costs for the charity when donating.
