Are you running the 2020 Virgin Money London Marathon? We’d love to invite you to come along to meet our running family.

We're bringing together a bunch of our friends from New Balance, Virgin Money and the Cheesecake Runner to help you kick start your January training and fundraising. All that's missing is you!

Come along, get tips and advice, and meet other runners just like you!

Here's what you can expect

Express yoga with Emma

Our resident yoga teacher Emma, will guide you through a yoga flow and meditation practice suitable for all levels - whether you're a seasoned yogi or a newbie. Emma's classes focus on the flowing practice of Vinyasa yoga 'breathe connected movement', perfect for recovering on rest days.

15 minutes at 7pm and 7:45pm

Nutrition and fundraising coach, Helen the Cheesecake Runner

With 13 marathons under her belt, including four Virgin Money London Marathons, Helen knows just what you need to get race day ready, from training to fundraising. Join one of her talks, or ask your own questions at her drop in's.

Fabulous fundraising ideas - 6:30pm - 6:50 pm, 7:30pm - 7:50pm

Eat right for your marathon - 7pm - 7:20pm, 8pm - 8:20pm
