Creating your own reports (tables)

Creating a table

Building a table allows you to create your own equivalent of one of our flexible reports – using your own data, in the way you want. Once you’ve created your table, you can edit it in exactly the same way as you would a flexible report.

The key task is selecting the data you need and moving it over to the right-hand side, ready to use.

Step 1
Click on the data item you want from ‘Available fields’ on the left and hold the left-hand mouse button down.
Step 2
Drag the column over to the right-hand side. The item will go brown when it’s okay to release the button.
Step 3
Release the button when you’re ready to drop the data item in.

Repeat this until you have moved all the data you want over to the right hand side.
